You may use the Services at Cooperative Achievement Plan only if you and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. You must be 18 years or older to participate. We have the explicit right to refuse or terminate service to anyone.

Passwords

We encourage you to use a STRONG password and using something other than your "normal" password that you use for other websites. You are responsible for safeguarding your password.

Content

Cooperative Achievement Plan does not endorse or represent any of the products or services that are posted at our website. Although materials such as pornographic, hate related information, deceptive or misleading practices are not allowed you must realize that you can be exposed to such materials. We do not monitor the content posted at our website. Therefore we can not and will not be liable for any of the content that is posted at Cooperative Achievement Plan.

Cooperative Achievement Plan does not accept FRAME BREAKERS. Each ad that is posted at Cooperative Achievement Plan must be checked to see if it breaks frames using the FRAMES TEST Link. Any link that breaks frames will be removed and advertising points will not be refunded.

Income Statement

Cooperative Achievement Plan provides NO Guarantees of income or commissions. You are participating in this program with the understanding that we do not sell or distribute stocks, bonds, annuities, or securities of any kind. Our program has you reward our members directly for showing you a place to advertise your program or products. As a member, you agree to login to your account during any 60 day period.

Any account left unattended longer that 60 days will be delete. Any available funds, points, credits. advertising and potential future earnings will be lost.

Privacy Policy

Cooperative Achievement Plan is highly aware that your privacy is important. Your information will not be distributed to any third party company. You do agree that you will receive a reasonable amount of email from admin that may talk about changes in this program or the introduction of additional progams created by us or as part of a joint venture. You also agree to receive up to 10 Solo ads per day from other members, controlled by admin.

It is also important for you to keep your contact information up to date not only to receive such services but also in order to receive payments from us should the situation present itself.

Should you decide that you no longer want to receive coorespondence from us, click the delete link at the bottom of any of our system emails. This will delete your account. Should you decide to delete your account, you WILL LOSE ANY account balance, ad points and potential future earnings.

Commissions

Cooperative Achievement Plan Offers NO Commissions for referrals. However, we do share in the revenue based solely on Advertising Package purchases

You will be paid ONLY if you have made and ad package purchase AND you have provided us with valid contact information.

If the situation arises and you complete the level that requires a subscription, you MUST set up a subscription thru AlertPay in order for those commissions to be released. Once subscriptions are set for a particular spot, they MAY NOT BE cancelled. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose all spots in the matrix and will no longer be able to participate in the revenue sharing matrix.

Account termination is irreversible and all balances will be forfeited.

Subscriptions are only available thru AlertPay at this time ! Please plan accordingly.

Members may receive up to $599 USD and will be required to submit a Federal Form W-9 (US Residents) or Federal Form W-8 (Outside US Residents).

When payment will exceed $599 USD, withdrawal requests will be put on hold until the appropriate form is received.

Forms can be printed, scanned and emailed to payments@cooperativeachievementplan.com or can be mailed via "snail-mail".

You can request the mailing address by sending an email to payments@cooperativeachievementplan.com, submitting a support ticket or using the contact form.

Refund Policy

Your advertising is available to you and commissions are paid immediately after payments are made. With that said there will be NO refunds granted.



Click for Cash (PTC)

Cick for Cash funds are provided by admin from on and off site revenues. All Click for Cash funds Are to be used for ON-SITE purchases ONLY and are not used for cashout purposes. Click for Cash funds can only be used towards purchasing ECA's or WASP's

Members will not always win when using the click for cash system and it is at admins SOLE discretion to increase or decrease the amount earned and the odds of winning during Click for Cash. Admin reserves the right to provide or remove Click for Cash funds or even discard the program.

Admin is not responsible for the content of the websites being displayed nor the effect some sites, high traffic, browser settings, etc. that can affect outcome of the captcha entry or the coutdown timer

Members must click within a three day period or their PTC funds will be reset to zero.
